B.Duck’s business origin

B.Duck’s business origins can be traced back to 2005, B.Duck considers the iconic IP character B.Duck of the evergreen tree. Little Yellow Duck was created by Mr. Xu, the founder of B.Duck. Since B.Duck’s popularity in the Hong Kong market, B.Duck has created 25 other characters as B.Duck’s family and friends, including but not limited to BuffyB.Duck BabyDong Duck and Bath’N DuckB.Duck Family Characters are designed to be “fun” to appeal to a wide range of consumers across regions and demographics.

B.Duck won a number of awards, including “Asian Property of the Year” in 2016, 2018, 2019, 2020, “China Property of the Year” and “Annual Franchise Promotion” in 2021 by the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong and the Hong Kong Brand Development Council 2016 “Hong Kong No. 1 Brand” Award.

As of June 30, 2022, B.Duck Family Characters features more than 33,000 SKUs in development, and B.Duck products are sold in approximately 18 jurisdictions.
